Instructors record attendance during each class or laboratory session and enter their classes’ attendance records into Web Attendance or Self Service on a weekly basis. Instructors also maintain an updated grade book in the College’s Learning Management System for each of their classes. Final grades must be entered by the instructor of record by the deadlines provided by the College’s Registrar. Instructors also submit enrollment reports and grade book copies to the division’s program specialist by the deadlines provided by the division deans.
