Employees receive notification of non-reappointment as early as possible and with the exception of extenuating circumstances, will normally follow the practice of not less than 30 days before the end of the contract period. Part-time employees may or may not be re-employed after the expiration of their current contract. Non-reappointment is not subject to the employee grievance and appellate procedure.
