Procedure 3.01.09 - Continuing Education Student Registration


Students registering for a continuing education class will complete a continuing education registration form, pay the registration fee, and sign a receipt roster.  

At the time of registration, continuing education instructors are responsible for reviewing student registration forms for completeness; signing bottom of receipt roster(s); and submitting completed registration packet to appropriate supervisor or other authorized college representative.   

In the event that registration fees and/or other class-associated fees are collected by an instructor, all money must be receipted and submitted to the appropriate supervisor or other authorized college representatives within 24 hours.
