Each year, the President shall ensure that the Board of Trustees will be presented with a list of accounts that are determined to be uncollectible. The Board will approve the write-offs of such debt.
This write-off does not release the debt to the obligator and it is still fully enforceable. This write-off changes the status of a receivable from collectible to non-collectible at this time.
