Policy 5.42 - Employee Recognition


The College should recognize and show appreciation to those employees who have demonstrated their commitment in serving Southeastern Community College through high performance in their job duties, longevity in their service to the college, and exemplary contributions to areas of the college beyond their job responsibilities.  The president shall establish programs which enable such employees to be recognized and rewarded for their contributions to the college.
