This program is for anyone who wants to start a new business or expand an existing business in rural North Carolina. You may be eligible for a loan of $500 or $25,000. This program is funded through the North Carolina Rural Economic Development Center by the General Assembly. Additional funding is provided by other foundations, corporate and individual contributors.

SCC’s Small Business Center will offer you appropriate and timely technical assistance, which will allow you to gain and improve your financial and business management skills.
