Establishment of Southeastern Community College Foundation
The Board establishes a non-profit corporation according to the laws of the State of North Carolina as contained in Chapter 115D of the General Statutes and titled “Non-Profit Corporation Act.” The Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws of Southeastern Community College Foundation, Inc. are found in the minutes of the Board for May 1, 1968.
