After the 10% date of the term, a grade of "W" will be recorded on the student's transcript.
After the 80% date of the term, a grade of "F" will be recorded on the student's transcript

REFUND POLICY: The North Carolina Administrative Code specifies the following circumstances for tuition refunds:
100% REFUND Granted if the college cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment. 100% REFUND Granted only for officially dropped course(s) prior to the first day of classes. Exceptions may be considered for withdrawal of course(s) beginning after the 10% point of the term. 75% REFUND Granted for dropped course(s) on or before the 10% point of the term. Refunds are not granted after the 10% point of the term unless one of the above circumstances applies. Students eligible for approved refunds will receive a check within 60 days
