The Distance Learning Department of Southeastern Community College was first established in 1999. It has since steadily increased in enrollment and class offerings.

The Distance Learning staff members provide excellent support services by assisting students one-on-one in person or by telephone. Students are provided with a wide variety of instruction regarding registration, course access, course navigation, and submission of assignments as well as technical help with email and computer computability issues.
